Want to hear about amazing customer service? Well, here it is! I now live almost a thousand miles away from Mohave Mist and Spa, and I am still far beyond impressed. I was in need of a part from my sister's Jacuzzi that was manufactured in The local places to me are always 3x the price and they weren't even sure if they could get the part until a payment to them was made. I reached out to Taylor the owner at Mohave Mist and he asked me a few questions.
Within a few hours, he got back to me with the part availability, the price that was a third of what a local shop to me was, and a simple email invoice where I was able to pay for the part and shipping!
How awesome is this, right?! The icing to this cake was the new part showing up at my doorstep in just a couple days from placing the order! Oh, and did I mention he took care of this on a holiday weekend??
Just absolutely amazing service and I will always recommend Mohave Mist and Spa to anyone, even a thousand miles away! We had our Platinum Seville spa, delivered, set up, and filled in under three hours. The two gentlemen that delivered were on-time and friendly.
The spa heated to our desired temperature in approximately four hours. We had an issue with brown "scum residue" accumulating within 30 minutes of using the spa. The residue continued to develop overnight. I contacted the store, and they immediately had Patrick wonderful and knowledgeable technician come to the house within 20 minutes. The two gentlemen who delivered and filled the spa, did not use a charcoal filter on the hose while filling it. Bullhead City has the hardest municipal water source in the state, and so Patrick had to drain, clean and refill our unit.
